Fast transfers to leading private hospitals
If you are currently admitted to an NHS or private hospital and would like to be transferred to an HCA Healthcare UK London hospital, we can arrange this for you without delay.
Our Concierge Centre team provides rapid access to consultants and treatments at all of HCA UK’s central London hospitals. We work with the referral team to ensure you or your loved one are transferred to the most appropriate HCA UK hospital and clinical team.
If an ambulance is required to transport you from the hospital you are currently at, we will organise that too.
Seamless admission
Our aim is to ensure you receive a seamless journey from wherever you are currently receiving treatment to your admission to one of our private hospitals.
We will coordinate the handover and admissions process on your behalf to make things as easy as possible, at no cost to you. Our Clinical Nurse Advisors will personally support you through your medical journey.
If you have private medical insurance, please check your policy to find out if you are covered for the transport costs for your hospital transfer. If you don’t have private medical insurance, you can pay for the transport directly.

When the hospital feels that the patient is medically stable, we can co-ordinate their transfer into a private HCA UK hospital for the rest of their care.
